Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Amino Era website located at aminoera.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access the Site, create an account, or place any orders. Your continued use of the Site following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

As used throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

You must be at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use this Site or place an Order. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

A registered Account is required to purchase from Amino Era. Guest checkout is not available. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately at support@aminoera.com of any unauthorized access to your Account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account

You may only maintain one active Account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, suspensions, or other restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

By placing an Order, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional purchasing Compounds solely for legitimate in vitro research purposes
• You will not use, administer, or permit the use of any Compound for human or animal consumption under any circumstances
• You will store, handle, and dispose of all Compounds in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and regulations
• You understand that Amino Era Compounds are not FDA-approved, have not undergone clinical safety testing, and carry unknown risks if used outside of in vitro research settings
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your research activities comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and institutional regulations

Amino Era makes no representations regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any Compound for any purpose other than in vitro research. Any use of Compounds outside of this narrow research context is entirely at the buyer's own risk and absolves Amino Era of all liability.

Amino Era makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity data, lot numbers, and COA information are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you receive does not match its description in a material way, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Submission of an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. Amino Era reserves the right to accept or decline any Order at its sole discretion. An Order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline Orders for any reason including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, suspected non-compliance with these Terms, or errors in pricing.

You may cancel an Order within 2 hours of placement provided it has not yet entered fulfillment. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an Order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact support@aminoera.com immediately with your order number to request cancellation.

All Orders are subject to product availability. In the event a Compound becomes unavailable after your Order is placed and payment processed, Amino Era will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Amino Era reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time; if a pricing error is identified after your Order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Amino Era accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
• ACH / Bank Transfer — US bank accounts. Orders ship after funds clear (1–3 business days)
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), and Tether (USDT)

Amino Era does not currently collect sales tax on research compound purchases. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local, state, or federal jurisdiction in connection with your purchase.

Valid promotional or affiliate codes may be applied at the Cart Review step of checkout. Only one code may be applied per Order. Codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or redeemed for cash. Amino Era reserves the right to void codes obtained fraudulently or in violation of promotional terms.

Amino Era currently ships within the United States only. All shipping terms, methods, timelines, and policies are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Risk of loss and title for all Compounds transfer to you upon handover to the carrier. Amino Era is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.

Returns are accepted only on unopened and unused Compounds in their original packaging, requested within 14 days of delivery. Once a vial seal has been broken, the Compound is ineligible for return under any circumstances.

Full return and refund terms, eligibility criteria, the return process, and timelines are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. In the event of conflict between this Section and the Shipping & Returns Policy, the Shipping & Returns Policy governs with respect to return procedures.

All Content on this Site — including but not limited to the Amino Era name, logo, design system, product descriptions, COA documents, research articles, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Amino Era LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial research-purchasing purposes. This license does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Content without express written permission
• Modifying or creating derivative works based on any Content
• Using any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Site
• Using the Amino Era name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Site

Any unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.

You agree not to use the Site or any Compounds for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Purchasing Compounds for human or veterinary consumption, self-administration, or any in vivo use
• Reselling Compounds purchased from Amino Era without express written authorization
• Providing false information during account registration or at checkout
• Using the Site to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security features of the Site
• Using the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its servers or networks
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any Account, server, or system associated with the Site
• Using the Site to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Violating any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
• Purchasing Compounds in any jurisdiction where such purchase is prohibited by law

Amino Era reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms.

THE SITE AND ALL COMPOUNDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMINO ERA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content on the Site
• Warranties regarding the results of using any Compound in research

Amino Era does not warrant that the compounds it sells are legal for purchase, possession, or use in your jurisdiction. You assume all risk associated with the legal status of any Compound in your location.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AMINO ERA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Physical injury, illness, or death resulting from use of any Compound outside of its intended in vitro research purpose
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data
• Damages arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws regarding research compound purchase or use

REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF AMINO ERA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amino Era LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Site or any Compounds purchased from Amino Era
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your use of any Compound for any purpose other than in vitro laboratory research
• Any misrepresentation you make in connection with your Account registration or Order
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Site or Compounds
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity

Amino Era reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with Amino Era's defense of such claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Amino Era at support@aminoera.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Amino Era will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary.

Amino Era reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice via email to the address associated with your Account or via a prominent notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site or placement of an Order after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and may close your Account by contacting us.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amino Era LLC with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of Compounds, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
