Order Confirmed
Your order is received and payment is authorised. A confirmation email with your order number and itemised receipt is sent immediately to your registered email address.

Quality Check & Packing
Your compounds are pulled from temperature-controlled storage, visually inspected, and packed with appropriate insulation where required. Each vial is verified against its lot number before dispatch.

Fulfillment Timeline
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. We ship from our fulfillment center in California.

Tracking Notification
Once shipped, a tracking number is emailed to you and added to your account under Order History. You can track your shipment in real time on the carrier's website.
Cutoff time: 2:00 PM PT on business days. Orders placed before the cutoff are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. Orders submitted after this window begin processing the following business day.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No Amino Era branding, compound names, or laboratory-related terminology appears on the exterior of any package. The return address uses a neutral business identifier only.

Printed packing slip with order summary (no pricing unless requested)
QR code linking to the COA for each lot number in your order
Appropriate insulation where required for temperature-sensitive compounds
Moisture-absorbing desiccant packets for long-transit protection
Temperature-sensitive compounds: Peptides that require temperature-controlled handling are packed with pharmaceutical-grade appropriate insulation rated for 48-hour transit. If you are ordering Express shipping in hot weather conditions, we recommend selecting a delivery address where the package can be received promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Policy
Important: Due to the nature of research compounds, Amino Era only accepts returns on orders that are unopened and unused. Once a vial has been opened or a seal broken, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet in fulfillment.
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days if eligible. Do not ship any items back without an RMA number — they will not be processed.

Ship Items Back
Ship the unopened, original-condition items to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged shipment).

Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded as store credit or direct wallet transfer at current exchange rate.
Restocking fee: Eligible returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection. This fee is waived for returns due to our error.
Lost & Damaged Orders
Claims Process
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or the expected delivery date has passed by more than 3 business days with no delivery, contact us immediately. Include your order number and tracking number.
We will open a carrier investigation. Investigations typically take 5–7 business days. If the order is confirmed lost, we will either reship at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or to the compounds themselves, please:
Do not discard any packaging or materials
Photograph the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected items clearly
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed. We will review the evidence and issue a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days of claim approval.
Reporting window: All lost or damaged order claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims outside this window cannot be investigated or resolved.
