Each order ships with a printed COA that includes a QR code. Scan it with any QR reader to access your batch's test results directly on our lab portal. You can also search by batch number in the COA Library. Results are tamper-evident and published within 72 hours of batch testing completion.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email at the time of dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
Unopened vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened vials are non-refundable. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

Lyophilized (powder) compounds should be stored at −20°C in a sealed container for long-term stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Keep away from direct light and moisture. Specific storage guidance is printed on each vial label and available in the COA documentation. For any other handling questions, reach our team using the form above.
All compounds are tested by accredited third-party laboratories using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC, RP-C18 column, UV 220nm), ESI-QTOF mass spectrometry for identity confirmation, LAL kinetic chromogenic endotoxin testing, and where applicable, amino acid analysis for sequence verification. Full methodology is disclosed in each COA document.
