Yes — an Amino Era account is required to purchase. All orders are tied to a verified account for compliance, order tracking, and COA access. Creating an account is free and takes under 30 seconds. You only need your name, email, and a password.
If you don't have an account, you'll be directed to the sign-in page when you proceed to checkout.
Browse our catalog, select the compound and quantity you need, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout — you'll be asked to sign in if you aren't already. The checkout flow takes you through cart review, shipping address, shipping method, and payment in four steps.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment. After that window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Contact us immediately via the support chat or contact page with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for options.
Yes. Researchers and institutions ordering large quantities may qualify for bulk pricing. Contact us directly with your requirements — compound name, quantity, and intended research use — and we'll provide a custom quote within 24 hours.
There is no minimum order amount. You can order a single vial of a single compound. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Coupon and affiliate referral codes are entered at the Cart Review step during checkout. Enter your code in the "Coupon / Affiliate Code" field and click Apply. Valid codes are applied instantly and the discount reflected in your order total before payment.
Codes are case-insensitive. Only one code can be applied per order.
Yes. A confirmation email is sent to the address on your account immediately after your order is placed. It includes your order number, itemised list of compounds with lot numbers, total charged, and shipping address. A second email with your tracking number is sent once your order ships.
If you don't receive a confirmation within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in California. Processing typically takes 1 business day. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No Amino Era branding, compound names, or lab-related terminology appears on the outside of the package. The return address uses a neutral business name.
Appropriate insulation is included for temperature-sensitive compounds to maintain stability during transit.
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view it in your Account → Order History page. Click the tracking number to follow your shipment in real time on the carrier's website.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Photographic evidence of damaged packaging and contents is required for damage claims.
Address changes are possible within the 2-hour cancellation window before fulfillment begins. After that, we cannot redirect shipments already in processing. Contact support immediately at amino era support with your order number if you need an address update.
Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Mass Spectrometry. These methods confirm both purity percentage and molecular identity.
Our minimum purity standard for release is ≥99%. Many batches exceed 99.5%. All results are published in our COA Library and can be verified by lot number.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C (−4°F) or below for long-term stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Keep away from light, humidity, and heat sources. All products are shipped with appropriate insulation where required. For preparation or handling questions, please contact our team.
Each lot number uniquely identifies a specific production batch of a compound. For example, LOT-2024-BPC-0412 refers to the 412th batch of BPC-157 produced in 2024. This number links directly to the third-party COA for that exact batch, allowing you to verify purity and test results independently.
All compounds sold by Amino Era are synthetically produced using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). This method allows precise amino acid sequencing and is the industry standard for premium-grade peptides. No animal-derived materials are used in synthesis.
Out-of-stock products display an estimated restock date on the product page where available. You can click "Notify Me" on any out-of-stock product to receive an email alert when it becomes available again. Restock lead times are typically 2–4 weeks depending on the compound.
We currently accept three payment methods:
Yes. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We are PCI-DSS compliant and card data is never stored on our servers — it is transmitted directly to our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers at any point.
Card declines can occur for several reasons — insufficient funds, incorrect billing address, or your bank flagging the transaction as unusual. Some banks flag charges from supplement or research chemical vendors.
If your card is declined, we recommend: confirming your billing address matches your card on file, trying a different card, or using ACH/crypto as an alternative. You can also contact your bank to authorise the transaction and retry.
Sales tax is not currently applied to research compound orders as they are not intended for personal consumption. However, applicable state and local tax regulations may vary. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their jurisdiction's tax laws. We do not provide tax advice.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Crypto payments are refunded as store credit or via direct wallet transfer, not as USD. ACH refunds may take up to 7 business days to process through the banking network.

Visit the Sign In page and select the Create Account tab. You'll need your first name, last name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters with at least one number or symbol). Account creation is free and instant.
On the Sign In page, click Forgot password? below the password field. Enter your registered email address and we'll send a password reset link within a few minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes. You can save multiple shipping addresses under Account → Saved Addresses. Each saved address can be given a label (e.g. "Main Lab", "Secondary Facility") for easy selection at checkout. There is no limit to the number of saved addresses.
All past orders are visible under Account → Order History. Click any order to view its full detail page, which includes item breakdown, shipment tracking, and direct PDF download buttons for each compound's Certificate of Analysis.
Account deletion requests can be submitted by contacting support at amino era support. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process the deletion within 30 days. Note that deleting your account will permanently remove your order history and saved addresses and cannot be undone.
Amino Era compounds are sold exclusively for research use only purposes. Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must confirm they are qualified researchers purchasing compounds for legitimate scientific research, not for personal, human, or veterinary use.

No. None of the compounds sold by Amino Era are FDA-approved for human or veterinary use. They are sold strictly as research chemicals intended for research use only. They are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition in humans or animals.
The compounds we sell are not controlled substances under US federal law and are legal to purchase for legitimate research purposes. However, regulations vary by state and jurisdiction, and some compounds may face restrictions in certain regions.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction. Amino Era does not provide legal advice.
We only ship to jurisdictions where we have verified the compounds are legal to import for research purposes. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm legality in their region before ordering. Orders seized or rejected at customs due to local regulations are not eligible for refund.
No. Amino Era compounds are intended strictly for research use only. Use in clinical trials, on human subjects, in animal studies, or for any application in a living organism is explicitly prohibited. Our compounds have not undergone safety testing required for clinical or therapeutic use.
Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing before it is made available for sale. We publish the full COA for every lot in our COA Library, including the testing laboratory, methods used, purity percentage, and molecular identity confirmation. We maintain strict chain-of-custody documentation from synthesis to dispatch.
Batches that do not meet our ≥99% purity standard are rejected and never listed for sale.
